The rent amount is based on your income. Rent and utilities are calculated to be about 30 percent of your income.

What are the income requirements to live here?
Families must be low income: Since all the units are one bedroom, they will accommodate a family of two persons, at the most. Exceptions may be granted as a reasonable accommodation. The total gross annual household income must not be more than the following amounts for your family size:

1 Person 2 Person
$46,850 $53,550

Do I have to accept the first unit offered to me?
No. You will be offered units at two locations. You must accept one of these or be withdrawn from the waiting list.

Can I receive a tenant-based voucher if I live here?
No. Public Housing is a different housing program from the Housing Choice Voucher program. If you want a voucher, you may apply to the Housing Choice Voucher program when it is open.
